MBP — Memorable Business Plan

Pressure-test the deal before you present it.

Your LBO calculates the returns.

Your MBP connects the thesis, assumptions, scenarios and narrative behind them so investors and lenders can understand not only what the deal returns, but why it should work and where it could break.

KUKO challenges the weak points and keeps the entire investment case connected. Build your deal narrative with confidence.

Hard questions. One coherent model.

How it works

Five rounds. From deal to MBP

Bring KUKO a potential acquisition. Through five rounds, the deal is questioned, modelled, tested and turned into a coherent Memorable Business Plan.

Bring a deal to the KUKO nest

Start with the business, the transaction and your initial investment thesis. The deal does not need to be perfect. It needs to be explicit.

SPAR with KUKO

KUKO asks. You answer. KUKO confronts the deal with the questions investors, lenders and partners will eventually ask. No generated answers. No invented assumptions. The judgement, evidence and rationale remain yours.

Build the model

Your answers become a connected LBO: a financial twin of the deal built around your assumptions. When one assumption changes, the whole investment case changes with it.

STRESS THE DEAL

Push the investment beyond the base case. Explore what could go right, what could go wrong and where the deal could break.

Take to the ring

Turn the process into a living Memorable Business Plan: coherent, editable and traceable. Use it to explain, challenge and defend the deal with investors, lenders, partners and other stakeholders.

Walk through KUKO from the first deal assumptions to a connected LBO, stressed scenarios and a Memorable Business Plan ready to share.

Round 07

Deal memo
